Mashed Broccoli with Mushrooms and Chickpeas

Ingredients:
300g broccoli, cut into florets
2 tbsp olive oil
Couple cloves of garlic
50g mushrooms, sliced
100g chickpeas, drained and rinsed
Salt & pepper to taste

What to do:

Put the broccoli into a pan of boiling water and cook for about 10 minutes. Drain and mash with a fork.

Saute the mushrooms and garlic in a frying pan over a medium heat for 5 minutes or so.

Add the broccoli and chickpeas to the pan. Stir well and heat through.

Season to taste.
