There are lots of things that motivate me. I’m a bit of a personal development/affirmations/visualisations/vision boards/mind movies/Law of Attraction/manifesting nutcase on the quiet. And that’s all well and good.

But, if truth be told, the best motivator for me is meditation. Stillness. Silence. Just a few minutes every day.

Luckily, I have my beautiful Buddha in the corner of my lounge as a constant, gentle reminder.  🙂
